worried...

"Where are my luggages? Who would steal them?"

That's the only thing kept playing in my mind for the past few days. I have been home for almost a week now, and I did not even have a good night sleep at all. I am so tired.

My flight was delayed on Sunday due to thunderstorms. When I reached Los Angeles international airport, I missed my flight, and I earned a day in Los Angeles. The next flight was on Monday night instead of Monday morning. Suppose it is a blessing in disguise but I do not agree with it now. Because of that, my luggages were misplaced. I should enquire about my luggages from Cathay Pacific airline instead of American airline. I should be aware of that. When I reached Hong Kong international airport, I knew that my luggages were no where to be found but I did not do anything. I just assumed that they were safe in the cargo. I just assumed everything!

I took this photo when I was in Los Angeles. I prefer this photo not to be taken so that I would not spend a day in Los Angeles, and I would catch the plane. I know I have to stop blaming myself but I just can't. I am so frustrated, discouraged, and worried. I want to cry to let everything out but I just can't. I am so exhausted to even cry.

one...

It's time to go home...

...not by a four-wheeled vehicle
but a two-winged vehicle. =)

three...

ZzzzZzzzZ....

No matter how much I have slept, I still feel that I do not have enough sleep.
I mumble when I am half asleep.
Well you know what? I thought that I lose my itouch. Actually, no. Wait when I went down to find my itouch, the dog barked at me. Then, I just yelled for help. Linh poked her head out from the door. I did not find my itouch.

I think I am mumbling. Good night.

four...

"I feel like home."

That was how I felt when I ate the food. My friends and I had the last gathering, and we had it as lunch instead of dinner.

Food. Food. Food. =)

Proudly cooked by Pak: tomato soup
and steamed tofu with pork.

Proudly cooked by Walker: potatoes chicken
and veges with noodles.

Proudly cooked by Dillion: mixed veges
with beef.

Proudly fried by Linh:
shrimp crackers.

Proudly baked by Queenie:
brownie. I put some crushed pretzels on
my ice-cream and somehow Dillion told me
it looked like a virus. *laughs*

I had a lot of fun eating lunch with them and best of all, I had a free meal which was scrumptious. It was our last gathering and hopefully there'll be more in the future. All the guys cooked and as usual I was the one who helped to clean up. =)

Tony is going to leave tomorrow. He baked his signature cream puffs for me and Linh. Thumbs up for the cream puff.
Such a blissful day filled with home cooked food. =)

five...

Wei Chien, these are for you. =)

I bought five, and hopefully you'll
like them.

I love all of them actually. I think we
should split everything in half. =P

I made these for my friends.

Kind of cool right?

When I saw the smiles on their faces,
all my hard work paid off.

And finally last but not least, I watched "Priest".
It was not a big deal but now Sam (yes I am talking about you) cannot tease me for not watching it yet. *laughs*
I plan to dress up as a priest in Halloween. I just need to draw a cross on my forehead and wrap myself like a
caterpillar with a black cloth. That's it, how easy is that.

six...

More food!!! Yum~~

The phenomenal sushi plate.

I cut the carrot and sausage, Linh made the rest.
She's a good cook.

I call this a sushi tunnel. =)

Linh made me these chocolate pretzels
for me to bring the airport. *hooray!*
The white ones are my favorite.
I have to hide them away so
I wouldn't finish them before I go home.

seven...

May 15th 2011, a day wasted again...with tons of movies and gluttonies.

Linh, Queenie, and I were all laying on bed with our own laptops, watching our favorite movies.
This is really life! =)

Besides that, our landlady, Barbara baked us some home made blueberry muffins too. Delicioso~~

Linh and I even got graduation cards from Barbara and her husband, Robert too. They are really sweet. I have watched two movies so far which were all based on true stories. They were "Sanctum" and "Catch me if you can." I am going to watch another movie which based on true story too, "The pursuit of happyness" starring Will Smith later. Thumbs up for the storyline and of course the cute main actor.

eight...

I watched this movie on Saturday. So technically I watched it on the eighth day of my countdown of my return to my beloved Ipoh city. I have only one word to describe this movie.

Awesome!!!

Even though it is in Norwegian, I still love watching it. It looked real and by real means the movie looked like it was a real documentary movie. Thumbs up!!
I found another movie, "Sanctum" which is based on a true story. I can't wait to watch it now.
That's life. Hello summer!

ten...

"Linh!!! You know what?!"
"What?! You scared me!"
"I just realized that I am staying in a rubbish dump!"

On the 21st of July 2010, I moved into my current apartment. It was empty and cold. Little did I know, I am staying in a dump. Full of things. Some things I do not even know that they exist. I even wonder how they end up in my room. Maybe some aliens with super powers just put them in there to scare the hell out of me. I am not afraid of aliens! I am only intimidated by spiders!

I am still figuring out how I should pack my stuffs. Fortunately, my little snowman tells me not to worry about it and just have fun exploring the so called treasures that have reside in my room for ages.
